01

Right to withdraw

If you are a consumer purchasing at distance, you may generally withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after you or your designated recipient receives the physical goods.

02

How to notify us

Email contact@mbp-enterprises.com before the deadline with your name, order reference, delivery address and an unambiguous statement that you withdraw. We will provide the correct return instructions and address.

03

Returning the pack

Return all physical components within 14 days after notifying us. Do not send goods to the registered office unless instructed. For a change-of-mind return, you normally bear the direct return cost unless we agree otherwise or mandatory law requires us to pay it.

04

Condition and handling

You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Securely erase personal material where the provided process allows it before return.

05

Refund

We refund eligible payments, including the standard outbound delivery amount included in the price, within the period required by law. We may wait until the goods arrive or you provide evidence of return. Any premium delivery upgrade beyond standard delivery need not be refunded.

06

Faulty or incorrect goods

Contact us promptly if goods arrive damaged, incorrect or non-conforming. Change-of-mind conditions do not reduce your legal right to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund where applicable.

07

Digital access

Any lawful loss of a withdrawal right for immediately supplied digital content requires the consent and acknowledgement required by applicable law. Digital activation does not automatically remove mandatory rights relating to defective physical goods.
