After a successful checkout, Stripe sends your payment confirmation. Once the pack leaves Belgium, the delivery update and tracking reference are sent separately.

Check your spam folder and verify the inbox associated with your payment method before contacting support.

• Your checkout e-mail address.
• Your Stripe receipt or order reference.
• The delivery country and postcode.
• Never send passwords, private keys or recovery material.

A payment confirmation means the order was received; it does not mean the parcel has shipped. Processing and delivery estimates are described in the shipping policy. Contact us if your order is outside the stated window.
