01
Mandatory legal rights
This policy describes legal conformity rights, not a substitute for them. Consumers in the European Union generally receive a minimum two-year legal guarantee for new goods, and national law may provide additional protection.
02
Conformity
A product should match its description, include the promised components and perform the ordinary and expressly accepted purposes with the compatibility and updates consumers may reasonably expect.
03
Available remedies
Where goods are non-conforming, applicable law may provide repair or replacement without charge and, where those remedies are unavailable, delayed or disproportionate, an appropriate price reduction or refund.
04
How to make a claim
Email contact@mbp-enterprises.com with the order reference, affected component, symptoms and relevant photos or error text. Never include passwords or private keys.
05
Assessment and return
We may request reasonable diagnostics or return of the affected component. Where the claim is covered, legally required repair, replacement and necessary return costs are provided without charge.
06
What is not a product defect
Legal remedies may not cover accidental damage, unauthorized modification, normal wear, unsupported systems, loss of credentials, user-approved transactions, third-party protocol failures or damage caused after delivery by misuse. This does not exclude a defect that caused or contributed to the problem.
07
No reduction of rights
Any voluntary support or replacement offered by Vorka is additional. It does not shorten or replace mandatory statutory guarantees.
